How do I get my tickets? What if I don’t have access to a printer? Can I show the confirmation on my phone?
General Admission tickets will be emailed to purchasers about 2 weeks prior to the event. We will be able to scan your ticket on your phone – however, printing tickets out prior to arrival will expedite entry and is preferred. Commemorative tickets that are purchased as an add-on to GA tickets will be shipped in the mail. GA Commemorative Ticket buyers will receive their admission ticket in the mail and will not receive a Print-at-Home ticket.
VIP tickets are will call only and non-transferable. You will need to present a valid government issued ID to pick up your tickets at on-site will call on the day of the event. Location and hours of operation for the on-site box office are coming soon. VIP Commemorative posters will be shipped 1 week prior to the show to the address used during checkout.
